Undoubtedly, the greatest problem was the remodeling and expansion of the home of the noted architect Josue Smith Solar.
Without prejudice to its origin, is given a contemporary feel in order to achieve a higher quality space for its new inhabitants. The result is remodeling the private sector, public sector expansion and a careful fieldwork and landscaping along with the empowerment of the pond water as a small loft.
However, the major challenge was the union of the two directions located on the ground, which were causing internal spatiality, facade design and working with the already known Smith Solar roofs. In closing, the re-insertion of one of the “Wellness Homes” by max-a architects, which generates a contribution to the commune.
